Eiffel Tower
I fulfilled to dreams today! One was seeing the Eiffel Tower and the other was going to the top! Was a bit nervous going up because it just kept on going up and up but once up there you didn't worry how height you were. Words can not describe it, I have to say I even had a tear in the eye! On the way home we stopped in the little shop on the corner and I got to have the most delicious cakes I have every tasted! I couldn't choose so had to get two! Came home downloaded photos for awhile then went back out to find some tea. Did the washing and am now sitting up in bed watching the spotlights on the Eiffel Tower go around. Tomorrow we are off to the Lourve as it is suppose to rain! Here's hoping it doesn't.

Hi Mel - you are going to have to write a whole new lists of dreams to fulfil when you come home! I was pretty petrified up the top and clearly remember that feeling of up up and more up!! Now you do know what they say about Amsterdam . . .
